=--------------------------------------=

The next morning brought thick, grayish clouds that blotted out the morning sunlight, which settled a kind of sluggish haze over the campsite.
The birds are oddly silent, though the trees are rustling with renewed vigor thanks to the growing winds making their way through the forest.

“Yunho, you need to get up now.” Junsu’s voice invades his sleep, pulling him away from the placid dreams that had been keeping him grounded in the fantasy world.
“C’mon, we have traveling to do.” The older male’s voice sounds again, this time more impatient.

Yunho groans and rolls over, throwing his arm over his eyes in some attempt to hold on to the fading tendrils of sleep. He can already feel the pricks of pain across his body from sleeping on cold, hard ground for so long.

“If I have to ask you again, I’m going to go get Changmin to wake you up.” Junsu’s voice returns, deadly serious.

“I’m up!” Yunho calls as he sits up, fuzzy gaze flickering around the small tent. It’s strangely dark in the tent, considering how late in the morning it probably is.
“What time is it?” He questions as he crawls from the tent, only to spot Junsu sitting at the fire at least twenty feet away.
“You didn’t even bother to come over to the tent to wake me up?” He asks, cocking an eyebrow at the sheepish looking Junsu.

“Why should he when you can hear him perfectly well from where he is?” Changmin cuts in, drawing Yunho’s gaze to him. “But I guess all dogs like to be a little spoiled.” He adds with that signature smirk that he seems to reserve just for Yunho.

“Fuck off, leech.” Yunho snaps, turning a full glare at the older male.

“Oh, snappy this morning, no?” Changmin fires right back, eyebrows arching in obvious amusement.

“You ever call one of us a leech again and I’ll make sure that you’re out of our company before you can blink twice.” Jaejoong’s voice sounds close to his ear and Yunho can feel the harsh grip of cold fingers on his forearm.

“I’m sorry.” The words slip out of his mouth before he has time to think, almost as if he’d spoken on instinct.
Yunho wonders if Jaejoong had heard his apology and is about to say it again when he feels a, dare he say it, reassuring squeeze on his arm from the older male.

“Changmin,” Jaejoong turns dark eyes on the other male, his hand leaving Yunho’s arm, “I’m getting tired of your constant picking and sarcasm. Yunho’s part of the group now, so tone it down.”

“Yes sir.” Changmin replies instantly, having the good grace to look slightly abashed.

“Oh, did I interrupt a bonding session?”

Yunho cringes at the sound of that cocky voice, his whole body tensing as he sees Jaejoong nearly light up the entire forest from the force of his grin.

“Yoochun.” Jaejoong’s voice is bright, almost light, “I didn’t think I’d see you for awhile.” He closes the distance between himself in the other male, one arm wrapping around the narrow shoulders of the werewolf.

“I can’t stay long.” Yoochun responds, turning his head to plant a quick kiss on Jaejoong’s smooth cheek. “I thought I’d just drop by and let you know what’s been going on with the Resistance.”

Yunho only vaguely caught the last word, his mind far too focused on the hand around Yoochun’s shoulder and the werewolves’ lips on Jaejoong’s skin. Yunho’s own lips tingle as he remembers the feel of that smooth skin.

“The werewolves are jumping for joy that Yunho’s been turned. Doesn’t really surprise me, considering that the mutts only have half a brain as it is.” Yoochun explains as he strolls over to the fire, Jaejoong’s hand resting on the small of his back, guiding him.

“What of Junki and his followers?” Junsu questions, shifting slightly to face Yoochun.

“Junki’s flipping his lid about it all. His entire goal was to kill Yunho, just incase he turns out to be the one the prophecy was talking about. Yunho being a werewolf makes things much more complicated.” Yoochun’s gaze flickers towards Yunho, eyebrows arching slightly. “You just love to cause trouble, don’t you?”

Yunho forms his hands into fists, eyes flickering to Jaejoong before he even realizes why he’s looking at the other male.
The look that Jaejoong gives him back is so clear he might as well have spoken the words. ‘If you have a problem with what he says, then defend yourself, don’t ask me to play daddy.’

“It wasn’t his choice.” Junsu jumps in for the defense before Yunho can even begin to form his own response to Yoochun’s rather cutting words.

“Junsu.” Jaejoong’s voice is cool, eyes never straying away from Yunho’s blushing face. “I think Yunho is old enough to stand up for himself if he has a problem.” His eyebrows arch as he speaks, as if waiting for Yunho to offer some kind of contradiction.

“As much as I love talking about Yunho and his man-pride issues, isn’t there something more important like…oh I don’t know…say, his life that we should be worrying about?” Changmin cuts in smoothly, drawing all eyes towards him.

“What’s Junki planning to do?” Jaejoong asks Yoochun, not responding to Changmin’s remark.

“I don’t think you have to worry about an all-out attack, but I would be cautious of him trying to trap you. If he could get all of you then his victory would be that much sweeter.” Yoochun’s worry is clear in his eyes as he turns to meet Jaejoong’s gaze.

“I’ll make sure to keep watch for anything odd.” Jaejoong’s tone is reassuring, his hand sliding lightly over Yoochun’s shoulder and arm in a reassuring manner.

“Can I talk to you in private for a bit, Jae?” Yoochun questions, reaching out to grip the hand running down his right arm.

“Sure, Yoochun.” Jaejoong nods his head, smoothly standing from his spot next to the dying fire. “We’ll be back soon.” He addresses the three left in the clearing before he leads Yoochun out of the clearing and back into the dimly-lit forest.

“Easy there, Yunni-baby, if you clench your fists much harder you’re going to hurt yourself.” Changmin’s voice is startlingly close to his ear and Yunho can’t help but jump slightly at the sudden closeness.

“What did you just call me?” Yunho snaps back, jerking away from the cold body of the older male.

“You know, jealousy looks very appealing on you.” Changmin ignores Yunho’s question, his deep voice tinged with the lightest chuckle.

“What the fuck do you know?” Yunho snarls as he moves away from the campsite, intent on getting into the forest to be on his own.

“Anyone with eyes would see the jealousy written across your entire face.” Changmin’s response is quick, per his usual style.

“Where are you going, Yunho?” Junsu’s voice is full of obvious concern, his eyes glowing with the warmth his skin lacked.

“I just want to be on my own for a little, I won’t go far.” He promises the smaller male, trying to muster a reassuring smile for the one person who has constantly shown him kindness.

“Jaejoong will kill you if you get…killed…” Junsu trails off, brow furrowing as he realizes what he’s said.

“More wise words from our marvelous Junsu.” Changmin chimes in, his light laugh filling the clearing.

“Well at least try on the clothes Jaejoong got you from the market. You can see if they fit.” Junsu brushes off Changmin’s comment and lifts a stack of neatly folded clothes.

Yunho sighs and eyes the clothes for a moment before stalking back to Junsu to retrieve the brown colored bundle. The texture is soft, like worn leather and the touch of it against his fingers gives him a rather pleasant tingling sensation. “My fingers are tingling.” He states, pulling the clothes out of Junsu’s hand.

“That’ll stop after you wear it for awhile. Right now the clothes are just getting used to you, sensing your body.” Junsu responds, his beautiful smile pulling at his lips.

“Where did these come from?” Yunho questions as he lets the pants unfold. The shirt and the pants are the same material, which seems to be the softest leather Yunho has ever felt. Unfortunately, while the fabric was wonderfully soft, the style was bordering on bland with nothing but some dark brown stitching across the ribs to add any sort of flare to the outfit.

“Jaejoong got them for you last night. Went into town and everything.”

“I don’t see why he risked going into town like that. I’m sure you would enjoy the attention you’d get from running around naked.” Changmin jumps in, eyebrows arching smoothly before he resumes his seat by the fire.

Yunho can feel the desire to attack the other male growing almost too hot to contain. He’s dealt with harsh comments from the Changmin ever since he’d found himself in their company. Needless to say, he was getting sick and tired of the cocky and sarcastic attitude from Changmin.
Fighting back his desire to smash in the older male’s face, Yunho turns and stalks into the cover of the trees.

“Why do you taunt him so much?” Yunho hears Junsu’s voice as he slips off his tattered pants and begins to pull on the new clothes.

“One might also ask why you defend him so much.” Changmin’s response lacks something of its usual snark, which makes Yunho’s ears buzz from the absence of it.

“I feel bad for him! Not only is he in a strange place, but he’s also being rejected by you, Yoochun and Jaejoong. You’re being so cruel to him.”

“You think Jaejoong’s rejecting him?” Changmin’s voice is edged in a disbelieving laugh. “Jaejoong’s being more accepting then I’ve ever seen! The fact that he didn’t kill Yunho after he was turned should have shown you just how accepting he’s been.”

“But he’s so strict with Yunho! It’s like he only points out the flaws.”

“Hm, and that’s odd for Jaejoong…how?” Changmin fires back and Yunho can just imagine him arching his eyebrows at the other male.

“Well…I mean…it just seems odd that Jaejoong would treat Yunho that way.”

Yunho leans against one of the trees, a pleasant tingle residing wherever the leather touches him. He feels a slight pang of guilt for eavesdropping on the two, but he comforts himself with the knowledge that the other two should have realized he could still hear them.

“I’ll be back later.” Yunho directs towards the two boys sitting around a cold fire pit as he moves back into the clearing..

“Be careful, Yunho.” Junsu’s voice is warm, as always, and his eyes glow with a light so caring it strikes oddly with his cold and pale skin.

“I will.” Yunho mutters, feeling the smallest blush heat up his cheeks. As much as he appreciates Junsu, he can’t help that nagging annoyance in the back of his mind that flares up whenever Junsu acts so motherly. He doesn’t want to feel like he’s one level beneath all of them. He wants the strength to stand up for himself and win the fight without needing Junsu to hold his hand.

Yunho groans, the turbulent thoughts swirling through his head at a dizzying rate. He just wants to get away from himself for a few hours or even minutes.
He sinks to the ground not long after he’s made it into the forest, feeling as if his strength is being sapped from his body. He closes his eyes, pulling in the scent of the forest around him as he gives in to the animalistic part of him, that part of him that shuts down all his logical thoughts and just lets him be who he is.

The transformation doesn’t take as long and he’s hardly aware of it. It’s almost as if he’s shut his eyes for a short moment and opened them to find the world changed in that fraction of time. The colors have faded, yet they have somehow grown stronger; everything strikes him, the smells bombard him, each one separate and distinct but swirled together to create the whole of natures glory.

He shakes his large head and stands to his full height, a new sense of power pulsing through his transformed body. Only one urge pushes through his veins.

Run.

So he does. He takes off into the forest, paws pounding into the sturdy earth beneath him.
The suns rays warm him, the wind cools him, the chattering of birds in the trees excites him and makes his mouth water.

He loses all sense of time and direction, only knowing that he needs to run; he needs to be free and unconcerned.

“You really think he matters?”

The familiar voice pulls him up short, his canine ears perking as he waits for the response.

“I believe he does.”

“He likes you.”

“Obviously.” The response is edged with a slightly indulgent chuckle.

The large animal creeps closer to where the voices are coming from, a pleasant and strongly familiar scent greeting his nostrils. It’s mildly spicy, full of power and strength.

“How do you feel?”

“I’m only interested in him for the potential he has in fulfilling the prophecy.”

The words sting, slashing at the small rational part of his mind. He probably would have felt the sting of tears if he was able to cry at all in his transformed state. He can’t really comprehend his emotions because too much of his animal instinct pushes at his logic, breaking it apart and forcing him to simply give in.
He takes off running again, a cold sort feeling sitting in his chest.

He has no intention of stopping, but he catches a figure dancing in the corner of his vision, running along beside him at a steady pace.

He pulls to a stop and turns to look at Changmin, the other male only tilting his head to the side with that signature arch of his brow.
They stay like that for a moment, just looking into each other’s eyes, unnamed hostility buzzing in the air.

Yunho’s body trembles as he retakes his human form, hair receding into his body as bones restructure into his normal frame.
As his logical mind gains more control, so does his human emotions, which grip at his heart the moment he’s fully changed. His heart throbs from the sting of rejection.

“It’s funny how you’re as ugly as a wolf as you are in real life.” Changmin’s sharp comment stings Yunho to his core, even though he’s been trying to build up a sort of resistance to the older male’s badgering. He finds it twice as difficult in his state of post-shift weakness.

“What the hell’s your problem, Changmin?” Yunho finds himself growling back as he stands from the ground to face the lanky frame the other male.

“What makes you think I have a problem?” Changmin fires right back, seemingly unfazed by Yunho’s emotional explosion.

“You’re a complete ass whenever I’m around, you’ve only got negative comments for me and nothing I do is every good enough to please the mighty Lord Changmin. That’s what makes me think you’ve got a fucking problem!” Yunho growls, hands clenched into fists at his sides. He can feel the burning desire to punch the other male, to tackle him to the ground and claw at his face until he’s unrecognizable.

“So because I don’t fawn over you or play kissy-face with you, you think I’ve got a problem? Don’t you think that’s just a bit narcissistic?” Changmin’s voice taunts, pokes at just the right spots to break Yunho’s control.

It works.

The younger male launches himself forward intent on shutting up the other male for good. Unfortunately, it’s only a moment later when he finds himself smashed to the ground, all the air fleeing his lungs.
He’s jerked off the ground a split-second later, the world wheeling around him before he’s slammed against the rough bark of a tree, an involuntary grunt slipping from his body.

“Is that all you have?” Changmin growls, words cold against Yunho’s heated flesh.

Yunho can feel the cold burn of Changmin’s skin on his own; it ignites something in him, causing his very heart to burn with a sudden and undeniable desire.
He turns his head to look at the other male, chest heaving and eyes large as he sees dangerous eyes and lips pulled into a smirk.
He swallows, mouth dry. “I…” He trails off, a second passing before he pushes himself forward, body melded against the older male as he sucks vengefully at those full lips.
Everything in him cries out for this, telling him this is right.

Changmin’s lips are unmoving for a few seconds before he arches forward, pushing Yunho back against the tree before he plunges his tongue into the warm mouth of the other male.

Yunho moans loudly, bringing his legs up to wrap around Changmin’s sturdy hips. He fists his hands into the material of Changmin’s clothes, trying to pulling him closer, to find immediate pleasure.

Changmin tangles his fingers in Yunho’s hair, holding the younger male’s head steady as he plunders that willing and moist mouth.

Yunho jerks at Changmin’s shirt, shifting his mouth away slightly. His breathing is short and heavy, his body burning with animalistic desire that won’t settle till it’s been fully sated. He needs Changmin, despite the hatred he’d felt for the other male only minutes before.

Changmin reaches behind him and pulls Yunho’s legs from around his hips, breaking their contact for the seconds it takes to pull Yunho’s shirt off. Once he’s taken care of his own shirt, Changmin presses back into the warmth, teeth raking over Yunho’s bottom lip.

Yunho lets out a moan, grinding against Changmin’s firm body, his achingly hard erection finding friction against Changmin’s thigh, which is settled between Yunho’s legs.
He rakes his fingers down Changmin’s warming skin, his nails digging harshly into the flesh. He’s so aroused it’s painful, as if he’s simply going to explode from the anticipation of waiting for his release.

Changmin takes a step back, making quick work of yanking Yunho’s pants down enough to give access for penetration.

Yunho jerks Changmin back against him, hot and cold breath mixing together for a split-second before they crush their lips together again, teethe nipping and tongues dancing.
Yunho thrusts harshly against Changmin, groaning low at the spark of pleasure that shoots up his spine.

Without breaking their kiss, Changmin manages to maneuver his pants down, grunting when Yunho grinds against him with heated passion.

Without waiting for a prompt from Changmin, Yunho turns around, fingers gripping at the rough bark as he tries to pull enough air into his starving lungs. He feels dizzy from the force of his desire. It takes away his capability to speak or vocalize anything despite moans of desire and pleasure.

Changmin, seeing the open invitation, takes only a moment to angle himself correctly before he gives one harsh thrusts that has him totally sheathed in Yunho’s insanely hot body.

Yunho lets out a small cry at the pain, but it only takes a few seconds before he feels the tingle of torn flesh and muscles repairing themselves.

Changmin begins long, quick thrusts into Yunho, his own body pressed flush against the sweat-dampened skin of the younger male. He lets out occasional grunts, his fingers digging into the bark of the tree were he has them resting.

Yunho bucks back against every thrust, moans growing louder and longer as he feels the peak of pleasure growing, promising to fully blossom if Changmin would just go a bit further and a bit harder.
It’s on one particularly hard thrusts that Yunho finds his dick rubbing up against rough bark. The sudden shock of pain causes him to gasp and buck back against Changmin. It’s that simple move that tips him over the edge, his body going ridged as he lets out a long, low moan of pleasure. His eyes are closed, mouth open in a silent cry of ecstasy.

Changmin, eyes glowing blood red, thrusts in twice more before he hits climax, head thrown back for a split-second before he jerks forward and sinks his teeth into Yunho’s exposed neck.

Yunho cries out in shock, a sudden fire burning through his veins like nothing he’s ever felt. All the pleasure is gone and he can feel himself beginning to lose his grip on consciousness.

His visions grows black and his heart beat sporadically; he lets out a small cry before going completely limp.

A/N: So, apparently my vampire Changmin likes to bite people after having sex in the middle of the day in some random part of the forest. But that’s totally beside the point. What is important is that I updated and gave you the smut I promised! Woohoo~
Yeah, I know it wasn’t Jaeho smut, but you’ll have to be a little more patient for that one. Though I do promise that the relationships in the story will really begin to develop from here on out. I promise!
Hm, so is everyone wondering what’s going to happen to our dearest Yunho now that he’s been bitten by a vampire? I’m thinking that half of your probably already know, considering that it’s not that difficult to figure out. Bbbuutt, because I knew that would be so easy to figure out, I do have another little plot twist tucked up my sleeve that I don’t think anyone would really be expecting. But I’m gonna shut-up now before I ruin it.

By the way, I love writing smut to S.E.X. by Nickelback. Good song. Very good song.

Thanks for reading!
