Dear world--
I care not for your escapades,
Your drugs, your AIDS,
Not for your obsession with,
Tangible elements,
Not for your desire to be pretty and adored.
Dear world--
I care not for your ignorance,
Your misplaced abundance, your chore,
Not for your topsy tervy heavenly hells,
Or your lack of belief in anything,
Not for your blood lusting arsenals,
Not for an Earth damned thing.
Dear world--
Flaunt all you want,
And taunt me as a mocking bird,
But it's on your newspapers,
Every situation comedy,
An atrocious billboard,
Haven't you heard?
Dear world--
Take heed of my word,
Though I am only one apathetic,
To your "grace" and "eloquence",
One always comes before a thousand,
And a thousand before more dense.
