what a game!
i work right up the street from the stadium, and walking to work pissed me off because of all the drunken middle aged fools. but kicking them out of the parking lot all day was fun. i got out early cause of all the game traffic which was cool cause i walk home anyways. when i got home there was pizza waiting, so i was happy. we ate then sarah pete and myself went to borders cause i had to order a book for la esquela. i got the rest of my sister's birthday present and the new issue of juxtapoz, now i'm all in an illustrating mood. and that's really good cause pete put illustrator on his computer today. we watched napoleon dynamite, it was allright, some really funny parts, it's what i expected though.
we started watching the game when i got home, then went to borders at halftime when it was tied 10 to 10, then at borders the cashier said it was 10 to 17 jets, we got in the car and the steelers scored, and we screamed and everyone honked their horns and cheered. then we went to shop n save and the gas station where we continued to listen to the game on the radio, the jets missed two close field goals that would have won them the game, everyone at the gas station went crazy when they missed them. we got home and they were in overtime, and they scored a field goal with about six minlutes left. it was crazy, i didn't think they were gonna win, and i wasn't into it at all until today cause it just hit me that they could go to the super bowl, and that would be really good for this pathetic city. i'm gonna draw now, and wait for my ron to come home.
