Some people need to have some sense beat into them
Sorry that its been awhile but thats how things go. I got an email from my friend in NY. She already has 2 kids that were both born 6+ weeks before their due date and she wants another one. First of all, she isnt the brightest person to have kids. Shes kinda ditzy but since she hasnt killed them yet, they are in better hands than some females. Her kids are different ages but since they were pretty much born under the same circumstances, I will continue to refer to them as "both kids". They spent nearly a month in the hospital on heart monitors and breathing monitors since they were under developed. The oldest kid is 2 months older than Braeden but can only say a handful of words. That may be from being a premie or the fact that he has a pacifier in his mouth all day. Im not a mom so Im not sure. The youngest one (who was born in january of this year) is ok or ok as much as any other infant. The real issue is that they are having money issues. I know most people have money issues but if you are having your savings sucked dry due to bills from your first two kids, then why make a decision to have another one? She says that it wont happen for awhile but this is the same woman that thought it would take the same amount of time to conceive kid #2 as it did for kid #1. I went to her house before I came to this lovely country and the day I left, I was watching her pack a bag for the trip to the airport. Shes walking around the house getting clothes and diapers and getting the food ready. Little did I know, she left eggs cooking on the stove this whole time. Eggs take 5 minutes to cook so why anyone would do anything during that time is beyond me. I love her and respect her for having 2 kids under the age of 2 but there comes a point where she needs to realize that there is a limit to how much one person can take on.
I would have told her all this but lately I havent felt like talking to anyone. Even my parents. My mom sent me an email the other day but I havent felt like writing back. Plus there is only so much I can say since I dont do anything exciting or worth writing about. How many times can I say that my boss is an idiot??????? I guess I will wait until something exciting happens or I get the worried email asking if I am still alive.
I woke up this morning to my neighbors laughing and talking loud. One of them is the annoying non white females. Im not racist but you know what I am talking about. Then they play Dave Chappelle really loud. If I can understand everything that is being said (in their version of english) then its too fucking loud. I think that when my roomie is not in the bed, then I will throw something at the wall. I dont want to hit the roomie. She sleeps right up against the wall so if I throw something (like duct tape) then I dont want to hit her. These are the same neighbors that play music to drown out the sex noises but doesnt work. She was really loud a few days ago.
