I've been too much in my own headspace.
I don't want to talk about anything that's going on in my life right now. So let's go with random things like...
...I had a dream it was election day and I'd forgotten to vote. Then I watched as the results were being posted and completely freaked out when I saw that California's votes went to McCain instead of Obama. I actually woke up saying, "What the fuck?" And I can't say how relieved I was that it was a dream, or nightmare as the case may be.
...Los Angeles weather seems to have failed to realize we're in October and it's supposed to cool down. It still feels like July here. After living in Santa Barbara for a few years where it's noticeably cooler, and then Europe where it was hardly ever really hot, I've developed a strong dislike for this heat. But the real reason why I want the weather to change is really because I want to bring out my cold-weather clothes as I was already over my summer wardrobe back in mid-August. Also, I miss scarves, even though it'll never be cold enough for those.
...Maybe I wasn't looking in the right places, but Disney movies in French are much easier to find than Disney movies in Italian. Just sayin'. I think I'll watch a bit of La belle et le clochard before I turn in tonight.
