Hyuuga a Ghost?

Since a chick over at FB literally said:
I think Hyuuga is a ghost..


It's been bugging me, she claim that he is one entirely based upon this page:

To me that page is more of a flashback of what happen in chapter 45, and not implying that he is a ghost.
Simply because I feel there's too many factors which are doubtful for it to really be truth.

• Hyuuga is a warsfiel - Suzu and his twin confirmed that in chapter 26.
• Hyuuga must have known Ayanami for a long time to be able to gain his trust like that.
• Ayanami/Veloren has half of his soul. Why would a ghost give half his soul to Verloren?
• If he were a ghost, how come he can use warsfiel powers without using a basculus, like Bastien did?
• Then why didn't Lance recognize him as a ghost in chapter 45? - Lance: You aren't a part of the church, are you? - Hyuuga: Correct.

I'm sure the list could me made long, but I tried to put the most important bits into there, because it concerns me, or rather disturbs me a bit.
I, myself don't believe Hyuuga is a ghost, until the mangaka flat out gives me evidence that it is like that.
Honestly I'm more suspicious about Katsuragi and that higherup who wants to Katsuragi to take Ayanamis' position.

After all I'm clueless.. I just hope it won't turn into a "Aizen/Gin" event, then I'll seriously fucking cry and start to hate the manga >__<

My wishful thinking: Hyuuga can't be a ghost, please don't let him be~
