Next project Baby Monitor, minus a squaking baby for the audio
My next project, after christmas is to go to Kmart and buy a cheap baby monitor...I think that's the most cost effective. I priced 1- brand at $18. (Safety First)
I like listening to news and what not on my PC. My PC is in the bedroom. I don't want to spend my entire time there *unfortunatel no actrion there * If I want to do something in the kitchen or living room. I would have to turn the volume loud...that would make me a very unpopular neighbor in this apartment building. So I thought about wireless speakers & even just an extension on the cable connecting the speaker, so I could bring it into th LR. Then I thought a baby moniotor, would probably be the easiest & cheapest way to do it. Turn the monitor off when I'm not listening to it, turn it on when I want to listen, and I'm not tripping over cords's by bring speaker back & forth to different rooms. I'm sure baby monitors are less expensive than wireless speakers, which I would also have to remember were tI left them and bring them to the room, I am listening in.
That's my project in a few days. I have more projects in a few weeks.
