Drying Roses
Thought I'd experiment a little, so as not to waste these roses. They've been such troopers. Anyway, I remember being taught that you can dry out roses & preserve them in their original form (kinda like Vampires), by hanging them by the stem for a couple of days. Well, tape works too (I didn't have strings). Taped them to my, uh.. window. I suggest hanging/taping them in a more appropriate place - one where people won't give you a questioning look stare. & I bound them with rubberbands as well, so the petals would stay in place. If these guinea pigs do dry to perfection, I'm turning the rest into Vampires too.
