Oh man I found what I feel to be the perfect place for me in Northridge! Like....REALLY with all utilities included in the price (internet also) and it even has this cute little loft! It's like a guest house behind someone else's house. It actually really reminds me of Emily's old place. However, they just wrote "Close to CSUN" and I have no way of really know how close "close" is. I e-mailed the lady to ask and am waiting on the response but it's so perfect I hope it's walking distance really badly.
Keep your fingers crossed. It would make my summer if this could all work out easily. I'm trying not to get my hopes up about any of the places I see however.
