I'd bet heavily on Monstrous being one of those teaser words used to describe the movie.
That's how a lot of teaser posters are; I've got a few for Fight Club that don't use "Fight Club" in the title, and same with a bunch of Harry Potter: OotP ones that I have.
Yeah I'm inclined to agree. It's like the transformer's ones with "Protect" or "Destroy". I'm interested to see if this is an actual leaked poster (perhaps made up for comic-con on thursday?) or something someone made to cash in on the hype. Still, fake or not, its a sweet looking poster (if you lost the Monsterous text).
That's fine; I didn't say it couldn't be a movie title, but I'm just slightly more inclined to feel like it's a teaser word. But it would work nicely for a title too.

Someone on IMDB pointed out that the MONSTROUS bit resembled the LOST font, which is amusing.
