Great News!!
I have a house for the next academic year, and I'm only sharing with one other person who happens to be my best friend - so everything is looking brilliant!
The deposit and admin fee was a bit pricey, but the security of having a home for another year is brilliant!
I'm now sat working out the figures and my most pessimistic estimates leave me at minus £250, but my parents have said they will try and help out if I need a little bit of assistance - so all in all I am finally happy again.
Only slight problem is that we still have to tell the 3 others we are living with this year. But then a lot of the problems have been caused by them, and for once me and my mate* are gonna be the selfish ones, as its usually the others who always want to get their own way!!
