I met Curtis Joseph (CuJo) at my work on Wednesday night.
Lmao funniest thing ever!
Im like: "hey Lenna thats CuJo," shes like: "yeahh that is!"
Then i told Brenda n shes like: "ohh ohhhh oh my god, my sons would have loved to be here! Teri, do u think he would mind if we got his autograph? do u think he would sign it?"
He's like: "he always does."
So i gave Brenda my pen n ripped 100 sheets out of my notepad. Lenna n i ended up goin wit her. We saw him near the deli, but when we went to get his autograph he was already where the yogurt section was.
So the 3 of us go to the yogurt section n were like: "Are yu who we think u are?" hes like: "yes, im wayne gretzky."
we asked him what team hes signed to play for, we told him that he used to live on my street. hes like: ohh yeah a good friend of mine lives at the end, and he told me the name n asked if i knew him..but i didnt know him.
He signed my paper, Lenna's paper n 2 for Brenda's sons. lol Brenda's so cute, she has an accent n shes like: "i wish i had a camera, ppl r never gunna believe us when we tell em. Hes very handsome really. It makes work a lil more special"..she kept smiling to herself hours after when she was slicing the bread lol.
Yeahh it was really random n he was shopping with his kids but that didnt stop us!
In the end it was worth it!
