l-2 strawberry yoghurt pots, fruit salad-250 cals
s-elderflower cordial, macaroni cheese & string beans-I'm not sure about the exact calorie amount but I'm guessing around 400?
total calories-940
Let's just round it off to 1000 and URGH. I feel disgusting.
Tomorrow I really need to have a smaller dinner and just ONE yoghurt.
I might just do protein, yoghurt and fruit/veg from now on.
