Wednesday wasn't a good day for me. This morning I weighed 136.6 pounds. For breakfast, I had the apple and the yogurt. For lunch, I had green beans, another apple and black coffee with some coffee creamer I found that only has 30 calories. I can't explain why finding stufff with least ammount of fat and calories makes me happy but it does. Anyway, then I had a veggie burger with cheese, low calorie bread and one sugar free pudding cup. I did 30 minutes on the stepper, walked both my dogs individually to burn more calories and had another cup of black coffee with the creamer. Then that guy called and said he wasn't going to come over today so I used that as an excuse to have two cereal bars, a vending machine bag of chips and my tomato soup in a mug. 1680 calories. I walked my dogs again after that but I wish I hadn't ate. I guess tomorrow I will find out if it caused a lot of damage.
